CDD FOR NATURAL PERSON
Customer Due Diligence (CDD) is the process where additional information about the customer, who is a natural person, is collected in addition to CID and recorded at the time of transaction. Ravana Fightwear will obtain a clear understanding of the intended purpose and nature of the transaction. If the Ravana Fightwear discovers that any party to the transaction is listed on the UN Consolidated List and the Local Terrorist List, it must not return the customer’s funds or provide the customer with funds that have been sent to us but must instead freeze the funds and report the local authorities.
We adhere to all provisions of the UAE Federal law 20 of 2018 (AML-CFT Law) And the AML-CFT Decision
